Random Pictures!!

Here are some random pictures that I think are cute. The first one is of Car 2 and his uncle Jared. Car 2 loves his uncle Jared. Jared comes and stays with us every weekend and the boys love it. I think that Car 1 may have taken this picture. The other picture is of the boys running in the sprinklers. They are such good friends and they love to play together.

Run A Sprinkles!!

Car 1 and Car 2 have found a new summer activity. They love to "run a sprinkles" as they like to call it. It has been really hot here for a few weeks now and after I pick them up from daycare they are really hot. I thought it would be fun for them to run through the sprinklers. We live in the country and the grass is not the best so the 1st time didn't work out very well. I went to Wal-mart and bought them some water shoes. They were on sale for only $3. They boys have been playing happily in the sprinklers ever since. Every day after school they come home and start looking for their swim stuff. Now we just need to get the pool ready for summer and we are all set. Hope you guys are enjoying your summer weather. We are.

Rock Band!!

This is Car 1 and some of his uncles playing Rock Band. Car 1 loves this game. He loves to sing and play the drums. Most of the time he gets to be the singer. He gets all into it jumping around and spinning. I wish I had a video camera to film him, he is a performer.

Car 1's Pictures!!

At our Mother's day dinner I let Car 1 take some pictures with my camera. He took tons and tons of photos. Mostly of the floor and window. Some of his pictures just happened to work out. Here are my three favorites. I just love the pictures of Car 2 he was really getting into posing for his brother. The other picture is of baby Kaelyn. She is 4 months old now.

Potty Training!!

Car 1 is getting the hang of the whole potty training thing lately. He has started wearing his big boy underwear all day. He had a couple of accident free days but sometimes he just cannot make it to the potty. I would like to know, why when he pees his pants its like a waterfall but when he goes on the potty it is more like a tiny trickle.

Also we got a new computer and I have not got my camera software installed yet. I am going to be posting some cute pictures that Car 1 took at our mother's day dinner.

GOOD NEWS!!!

We got some good news today from the doctor. His office called and said that the test results from Car 2's sweat test came back negative. We are so glad. Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers on our behalf.

Emergency Room Visit

We have not found out any results from Car 2' sweat test yet. However that did not stop us from spending several hours in the ER last night. It seems that Car 2 got into some drixoral allergy medicine. Corey saw him with the box and he had a green smile. Corey rushed over to him and saw that three pills were missing. Corey found two pills on the floor that had the green coating almost sucked off. The third pill was nowhere to be found. Corey called poison control and they said to take him to the ER right away. Corey came and got me I was in my room talking to my brother on the phone. As I drove us into town to the hospital Corey was calling everyone in his family to see if anyone could remember if there was already one pill missing. Nobody could remember for sure. When we got to the ER and was finally seen by the Doctor. The nurse had also called poison control and they told the hospital that one pill is not that bad and just to watch him for awhile. We sat in the ER room from 7 pm to 10:30 pm. All they did was monitor his heart rate, which was high because he was mad he had to be hooked up to another machine. Car 2 finally went to sleep which helped his heart rate go down so they let us go home. I am not sure if we will ever get ahead on his medical bills. We are still paying for his surgery last November. I think he is a keeper though.
