How fun! I bet they loved it. Are you going to hide them, now? Or do you just stick with the plastic eggs for the Easter Egg Hunt?
One year we didn't find a hard boiled egg until a couple of months later (it was hidden in the back of our upright piano). Yes, it was as gross as you might suspect. Ever since I've decided that candy-filled plastic eggs are the way to go! :)
So fun, I always liked coloring Easter eggs :)
